well i was working 13 hour shifts so boredom tiredness anger at ppl feeling they can say anything to you over the phone treated like **** i hated it lasted 2 months think about it depends what your doing inbound sales is prob the best call centre enviroment as whoevers calling is looking for something and usually not complaining like in customer services :D enjoy my infoooooooooooooooo

ha ha effects.....only the effect it had on my life...made me want to die everyday i went to work..lol.....the cure..I quit and found a job i loved..
