"yo queiro tu.....lo siento"
They couldve been trying to say "I want you, Im sorry" but wrote it incorrectly. The correct way would be "Te quiero.. lo siento."
They could've also been trying to say "I want your.. Im sorry" and never finished the sentence.
The former is most likely correct.

I f you're trying to say "I love you.. I'm sorry", that's;
Te quiero... lo siento.
"Lo siento" can also mean "I feel it", but I don't think that was the intended meaning.
