In Mexico, you would say,

(f) Por favor, recomièndame un buen ortodoncista en San Luis, Sonora, Mexico.

(inf) Por favor, recomièndeme un buen ortodoncista en San Luis, Sonora, Mexico.

recomendame must be stressed in the "da" and does not bear an writen accent.
Por favor recomendame un buen ortodoncista en San Luis, Sonora, Mexico
but also you can say:

Por favor recomiéndame un buen...
In this case you have to write an accent on the first "e" after the "i"

The first person is correct. I just like to add that you must stress the syllable "men" in recomendame because it's written "recoméndame".
