When is it time to move on ?

It's been 4 month's since me an my girl broke up an I can't shake her but I'm thinking I should because I just don't wanna hurt myself any further

Tell her what you just told us here. As long as you feel this way about her don't give up. Never give up. I am sorta in the same boat.

Time will heal your wounds take all the time you need and don't let others tell you that "you should be over it" different people react differently so just try and get out enjoying life and you can than hopefully move on.
