There probably isn't a big market for Tshirts that are made for children stating their parents are getting married since most people get married and then have children. You probably could hand make one by buying a Tshirt at a craft store and some iron on letters.

I would go to the craft store and buy a t-shirt and get some of that puff fabric paint...and make it yourself. I think it will mean more to him to know that you took the time to make it for him.
I am going to be doing this for my bridal party...for them to wear at rehearsal & dinner afterwards.
You see all the bridal stores have them to buy already...and I think it will cost less in the long run if you make them yourself, plus it means more, IMHO! :0)

there is this wed site www.customizedgirl.com and they have girl and guy stuff you can make t-shirts there and it is delivered in 2 weeks or if you pay a little extra you can have it in a week its really good and the stuff looks great good luck...
oh and also there is customizedworld.com never used it but i know they have guy stuff too

We had them made at a local place that made shirts of digital pics we made a design on home computer then had them make it.

There are sites like cafe press that should have something. Maybe a second marriage site, too. Or you could have one made, saying, "My mommy (or daddy) is getting married.

you could have it made. you could also very easily make one yourself with craft materials or iron on transfers printed right off your computer. have fun!
