I did not grease or butter the non-stick muffin pan. I hope I was not suppose to. I didn't because it is a non-stick pan.

I did not use the cup cake wrappers.

Even with the nonstick pans, you really ought to either spray the pan with Pam or use the paper wrappers. Since you didn't this time, you may need to take a knife and insert it around the edge of each cupcake. You may need to use a spoon to scoop the bottoms off of the pan if they did, indeed, stick.

If it's a good pan they should fall right out. However, if the recipe calls for greasing it you should. You can use spray such as Pam or use baking cups as well. If they seem to be stuck, take a knife and go around the edges to loosen them. They should come out fairly easy.

The cupcakes should just fall out if you used cupcake wrappers for them. Just flip over the pan.

they should be fine..they should just fall out after you've let them cool for a few minutes
