Yes. Pasta gets a bad rep from the "bad carb" wackos. Simple carbohydrates are good midday and post workout foods. Lycopene from tomatoes is great to. And variety is the spice of life.

Well, in some way it is. The noodles are part of the fruit group and the sauce is made from tomatos. The meatballs also serve a part in the fruit group. So, yes, I guess you can say it is a healthy meal.

it depends which diet you are on.....if you are on a carbohydrate diet , you may want to eat low- carb ingretient spaghetti. But if you are on a calorie diet it may be OK

it can be, depending on how u prepare it. you can make it with organic or real tomatoes, and spaghetti squash instead of noodles, there are all kind of goodies you can make it with.
