Worrying (stress) can drive you crazy. It can also make you bald (if you are not already). Worrying can give you the jitters. It can also make you sweat and have palpitations. Worrying causes people to overeat. Worrying can cause diarrhea or sometimes constipation. Worrying has a devastating affect on EVERY organ in your body. Worrying causes heart attacks and if that is not enough, worrying causes death. Stress can aggravate many illnesses and diseases. It wracks havoc on diabetes. So, relax and stop worrying!

worry/stress can affect your mind, and your heart. Stress can raise your blood pressure which will put added stress on your heart. Staying worried is not good for your thoughts. It can cause a lot of mental problems. Part of being mature and mentally healthy is knowing how to cope. That is not saying you will not ever worry but realize that there is only some things that you can change and many others that you cannot. My dad taught me a phrase to use when I was worried, "what is the worst case scenario?" If you mentally walk through a problem and answer this question with the information you have usually it is never as bad as you anticipate.

Worrying can certainly cause heart issues. But there are lots of other things that can happen too. Like irritable bowel syndrome, which is very common. Ulcers, migraines, to name a few. But worry does serious things to your blood pressure. And it ages you. When you worry you are sending adrenaline running through your body. So relax:)

Dont worry. Its not worth it. It doesnt solve anything. Think positive and not negative. If you spent every minute worrying in your life, it would add up to at least a quarter of your life. It causes stress

It doesn't really matter what it does to the body, worrying makes you feel bad. So just don't do it. Relax and everything is fine.

definitely heart problems, respiratory problems. When you worry you don't breathe properly and that will cause several problems including not enough oxygen to your cells and brain.
