That's really tough to find on the internet. I have been searching for a couple of years. Here's a couple of books you might try: Antique Golf Collectibles: A Price and Reference Guide by Chuck Furjanic and The Vintage Era of Golf Club Collectibles: Identification & Value Guide.

It's really tough to find any documentation. The best sources I've found are to locate 80 and 90 year old golfers. Try Florida!
