Some do, some don't. You can't generalize an entire gender. However, for the most part guys like thin girls. Just look in the media. Playboy, MTV, Movies, mostly thin girls. So most don't prefer thick girls, realistically.
Some do, though. There's not really a perfect answer to this because it's too specific a question for too broad a subject.
However, I don't know why people like the girl's answer above mine look at guys who like thin girls as "pervs". What's wrong with liking a thin girl? Just because she's skinny doesn't mean she has an eating disorder. Why is it okay to look down on a skinny girl but not to look down on a thick girl?
It's just personal preference. Get over it.

I love thick women way more than the skinny ones. I just find myself attracted to woman that have a little meat on them. I tend to like women in the 8-14 size range.

a lot of them do. i'm slim...lol & it's like all the men i want, fancy thick girls, but all the ones i'm not quite interested in want me.
