What can i eat that will bring back some weight? I am 17, male, 5'10, 120 lbs. last week i was 130+. i havent been able to eat. I'll be hungry, but food will make me feel gross...whats wrong?

IDK if this helps at all...and i dont really want everyone to know this, but i haven "gotten off" in about a week either

You are having some psychological issue. 5' 10 and 120 is low. When I was 17, and 5'10 I weighed 135. Being 120 is not terribly bad, but not being able to eat even when you are hungry is. At school see if there is anybody that can help you. you know you have a problem, so that is good and you should be able to eat fine soon.

When you are a 17 year old male, you should be eating a lot!

Have you tried protein shakes? They're really good for building you up. A lot of people who do weight training use them to bulk them out and give them energy to train.

If you live in England try Holland and Barrett. If you live anywhere else not sure where to go but health food stores are the best bet.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

u probably have the flu or a cold, try eating saltines, tomato soup, chicken noodle soup, stuff like that. get allot of rest and drink allot of water. hope this helps you
