It can depend on WHICH nails are blue. The ring finger and the middle finger have the most direct blood flow from the heart and can indicated low oxygen or other issues.

Temperature can effect the coloring of your nails also, if your hands are always cold they may not be getting enough blood to them--try warming your hands a little and see if they "pink" up. Let your Dr know your findings.

It may be you just bruised the two fingernails, that can cause them to turn bluish. Or your blood flow is slightly decreased, due to a variety of things (possibly medication) but if the doctor says your fine, I'd wait until I had other symptoms before I started worrying.

Maybe its just a circulatory problem if anything else is ok.
Try to put your hands first into ice cold and then in hot water.
A double sink is perfect for that. Do that 10 times and see if it helped. This is called a Kneipp Kur. Dr. Kneipp was a german doctor and he believed in water therapy. There are several spas in Germany who use that method for circulation.

Is it a bruise? Are you anemic? How about your circulation - is that okay? How is your blood pressure? If a professional can't help, I seriously doubt anyone on Y!A can. You obviously already saw a dr., but maybe you need another dr.'s opinion. Good luck & good health to you!

grew to become into there any chemical ingredients recently placed on your backyard or on your soil for the vegetation? this manner of discoloration sounds like what may be led to by making use of a chemical being uncovered to the nails. If it grew to become into something ingested it would consequence the nail that's hooked as much as the finger, no longer the top in straight forward terms.

...sounds like you are not getting enough Oxygen in your body, but, I'm not a doctor or a diagnostician... have them take a finger-nail cup/oxygen meter to determin what your O2 levels are...

It is a sign of at least poor circulation.
