It's always best to make your own, this way you won't have alot of sugars and sweets in it. You can find some good ones online. Just go to your search engine and type in "healthy trail mix recipe" and you'll find many.

Get rid of the trail mix and eat veggies.

Yes you can, but you did not mention what type of diet you are on. Just make sure you check to see how much a single serving is, and don't overeat on it. If you are on a low carb or no carb diet, try selecting a mix without a bunch of raisins, and dried fruit in it.

It really depends on how much fruit is in it. If it is just raisins you can have a 1/4 cup of mix.

In moderation , check the grams of sugar and fat content , how many calories per serving ..calculate then how much you can have on your diet..being on a diet doest mean starve yourself ! moderation is the key
