i feel so disgusted of myself. a lot of people tell me that i look fine. -it's not. my tummy is full of fat, my butt is big, i have flat chest, my arms are flabby, my tighs just... i look ugly.
my typical day is pretty busy because to me, my study is the main priority. i don't eat too much and i've been keeping the same weight since the past two years.
i really want to look great and feel great. i don't want to feel secure everytime i wear tight jeans or shirts.

The key is to exercise. Your weight is not bad, and your friends are probably right, but the way to feel better is to exercise. It makes you feel better, and look better! 115 is not an unreasonable weight either. Since you said you do not eat much as it is, you really should not eat less.
So every so often, take a break from studying and go for a walk! keeping care of yourself is more important than studying anyway. Since studying is a sedentary activity you are not spending much calories doing that. If you are female and sedentary, your recommended diet is a very low 1200 calories. That is often one meal these days! But if you are active you can spend another 400-800 calories a day and over time this adds up big. And it makes you feel great, and enhances your ability to learn.

Exercise is always the quickest way assuming you already watch what you eat. I prefer things like jogging, or if you have access to the facilities an exercise bike or elliptical will cause a little less strain on the joints.

try not to eat alot, observe with what youve been eating. be cautious if its too fatty or tons of calories on the food you are supposed to be eating.
try to eat a little and day by day maintain or eat less.
then, drink plenty of water and do an excercise by means burning all the fats stored in your body.
if nothing has work on you - just feel confident and always feel pretty. being confident to oneself makes the woman prettier than anyone else.

Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day they say if you walk that much you can lose weight I am doing that now and I've lost 7 pounds so far

start with not eating as much sweets .... then at first walk for 30-60 min a day (every time you feel tired think of a really hot sexy person! wo! lol)........ drink frut smootheys and frut slushys.... eat low fat foods.... every morrning when you wake up streach this will help your mucles.... when your watching tv dont sit down wall back and forth.. or streach do crunches or sit ups..... when your sitting sit up strate so you wont have as much rolls if you do and it prvents thim if you dont ... um... if you have any questions just ask me cause im tired and i cant think now/.....
