I eat way too much. That's how I got in this spot to begin with. But I think ppl have a tendency to eat more in the winter when they can't get out.
I drink lots of water.
Don't know if there are any statistics on it.

Question is not very specific, but a healthy normal eating and drinking in a day would be: 3 medium meals, 1 snack and at least 8 glasses of water?

In America, there's no limit because of a lot of over weight people, which is sad. Either way normal weight people can eat a lot and drink too.

I keep it under 1500-1800 calories.

Big big breakfast
Fruit as a snack
Medium lunch
Fruit as a snack
Small light dinner
Fruit as a snack

And in between, lots of water & milk and I also take vitamin supplements.
