Hi - I am just starting - and I was wondering if I workout at the gym from 6am - 7am everyday - but I don't do it again later - is that enough? I am trying to lose 30 lbs. My diet will be at 1200 calories a day...I am planning on doing cardio 7 days a week...

thanks!

Yes this will be enough especially if you're cutting back on your calories. Do your cardio 6 days a week and take a day off so your body can rest and recover, it needs it......7 days a week will set you up for injuries.....

Yes, that is an excellant time.....I'd rather workout first thing in the morning. You should do fine with your weightloss. Best of luck to you.
