Does anyone know what the color of wishes are in Wicca? I have a hunch that it's green but I'm not sure. I tried Google but I didn't get anything.

Have you told your parents yet? Just curious. I suggest that you do some more reading. There are books out there on colour magick as well as candle, herbal, gem & mineral magick. The colour will depend on the "wish" or spell you want to do. I will caution you about trying spellwork without doing your research. They can and WILL backfire. You can get the books you need on Amazon.com. I have been doing this for over 40 years, with the blessing of my parents (my mother was also a witch). Since you are obviously young, and probably too young to join a coven, you may wish to look into being a solitary. Get the book "Wicca: a Guide to the Solitary Practitoner" by Scott Cunningham. It will give you a good start.

It really depends what type of magick or invocation ("wish" your are trying to do, and what you are trying to acheive. I advise not to be too hung up about not finding anything on the internet ^_^
The art of Wiccan is so much more than just simple colours, while it is more for the Angelic Realm to be concerned with colours (or the vibrations concerned). Wiccan colours are split into many subcategories. For Circle Castings, you would use natural colours with no white in them, or use chalk, or charcoal. For rune castings black, white, green and red. For sealings you would use the elemental opposite of the thing you are sealing. And for silent wishes and/or chantings and magical writings you would use the colour linked with the magick you are performing.
I've studied the magical arts and specialise in White Magic, Tarot, Crystals, Angel Magick, Wiccan, Candles, Astrology, Faery Magic, Spellcasting, Herbs, Chakra healing, and psychic matters so I am pretty clued in on this. I do hope you're not going to use this information to attempt your own spells unaided. I would always recommend asking someone in the know for advice on how to protect yourself from negative energies.
Doing spells yourself is a dangerous practice, and I can advise you on the materials you might need, and offer guidance if you do so desire. If you let in unwanted energies, it can damage your spiritual health and cause negative emotions.

General occult wisdom suggests the following, please know too that individuals create their own associations with colors and that association will become real.
As what we believe we receive.
Also know that no color is considered 'good' or 'bad' (and therefore evil or good).
Each color does have it's own power that can be drawn on by you the spell caster.
Yellow: Love, romance, power, prosperity
Green: healing, money, prosperity, fertility
Blue: protection, anti 'evil eye'
Pink: Love, friendship, romance
Brown: grounding and stablizing, justice spells
Purple: sex, passion, power, higher consciousness
White: initiations, creativity, lunar spells, healing
Red: Love, sex, romance, luck, fertility, healing, protection, anti 'evil eye'
Black: fertility, healing, reversing spells, solace
Again - you can create your own associations if you so wish.
And some colors will draw us more than others at different times of our lives - this can often be a reflection of where we are at emotionally, spiritually, mentally etc.

For this I would think it has more to do with what you are wishing for. Not the act of wishing. Though for some reason I am thinking purple would work. Probably becuase it has to do with spiritual insight and connecting with the Divine. Who is the one who grants wishes to begin with.
So for money it would be green. Psychic power would be purple. The gift of healing would be blue. And so on.

It would depend on the wish.
Green would be a good color for growth wishes.

If you were wishing for a new romantic relationship, I'd use Pink.
If you were wishing for more money, I'd use a Green one.
Protection, blue or black.
Psychic gifts- purple
