Okay so, this guy broke up with his girlfriend. My friend says that he hates me cause I am not pretty. ( really I am , she's jelous) and it is obvious to everyone else that he is flirting. How should I tell him and my friend that O am really confused,

First of all, drop that "friend." She sounds catty and untrustworthy. Also, I wouldn't rush into anything since he just became single, and there's bound to be a little back and forth between he and his ex.
But anyway, back to your question - Don't sweat it so much! Just flirt back, laugh, be fun to be around. And SMILE. that's the most important part of dealing with guys, trust me.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. If you want to be the next dumped g/f, then sure, make the move. But if you want a meaningful relationship, keep looking. Follow the logic. He is out of booty and if like most young men, feel he need it every 36 hours(or less). If he is flirting maybe it is more to gain access to you honey cave more than your mind or personality. And after he gets his fill of your honey would he dump you as well? Think about it.
