If your vehicle had any options in it, you should return them to the previous owner, unless they have expired.
Options aren't cheap, and besides, he may need them for tax purposes.

I don't know what kind of car you drive but it's quite easy.
Go to the manufacturers website. Click on your vehicle and then click on the specifications button. This will tell you all the things that came standard with it what the options etc where.

Copy your vehicle identification code (vin number) and take it to a dealer parts room who sells your car. They can dive you a read out of every option your car was delivered with. You'll also learn the plant time, day, transmission type, engine size, rear end ratio, tires wheels etc. It's well worth your trouble and its all free as the wind.
