eat like a rabbit on and off... eat normally... except a couple days a week try to eat as many vegan foods as possible...
You won't have to do any stupid atkins, or grapefruit diet crap.... just take 2 days out of the week to make yourself eat ultra healthy foods.
if your upper abs are already visible.. you won't need much.
FOLKS SHE ISN"T ASKING HOW TO BUILD HER ABS.... she's asking how to lose that little pad that most women have there... no number of crunches will do taht... she doesn't need to build muscle she needs to drop her body fat % ever so slightly.... because you can't spot lose fat (you can't pick where you want to lose the fat).... you just need to lose a bit all over..

the lower abs are especially difficult to target. You can do sidebends and other hip exercises and reduce your total fat. If you have fat there, any muscle you develop working out will be burried in fat anyway. People think that doing situps etc reduces belly fat and makes it ripped. They are correct about gaining muscle there, but as long as there is fat, you will not be toned. Also the last bit of fat usually to leave is the lower belly.

To build up lower abs, do leg raises. Lay flat and hold your legs straight, 6 inches above the ground. If you want, you can do scissor kicks(up and down) or flutter kicks (side to side).
The real trick to flat stomachs is cardio. Go for a jog or something.

Lay on your back with your knees bent and arms crossed behind back. Take left elbow to meet right knee, repeat 10 times, Then change sides, right elbow to left knee, repeat 10 times. Do 5 times. Repeat every night for a week or too, then build up to 6 sets of 10, then 7, then 8, etc. It really works!

that is the hardest part of the body to lose weight on.
some things you can do is eat no fat, get a stick, like a broom handle and put it on your shoulders hang your arms over it and twist back and fourth.
The muscles you have to use to stop your self from spinning all the way left and right will tighten up and will use the fat in that region to create new muscle.

Lol, I haven't heard the information introduced this way, but yes I am aware of the "good fats." I eat a handful of walnuts or almonds everyday. I just finished a jar of olives but I also add olive oil to OJ as well. Thanks for the site. When did your hair turn gray?
