I'm guessing you will be visiting a bar?
It is pretty hard to put non verbal communication into a written memo.

To: the alcoholic in my department
I need you to pick up Jill and Kendra from the other office in Carlsbad, and bring them to Hooters in Oceanside on Thursday at 4:30. We will be negotiating with Mr. Howell from Howell industries. This will be much like our meeting last month- your job is to get him drunk, and be real upbeat.
Take off around 5:30, then I will put the squeeze on him.
If he signs, you will get another bonus,
at least that is what Mr. Bifigliano has assured me.
