I'm a 16 year old girl and I need someone to talk to about 'life' in general. My best friend and family just dont understand.

I am a good mother but sometimes my teenager will talk to her school counselor because she is the person outside looking in and can give her unbiased opinion (without taking sides) but my daughter always talks to me afterwards. Counselors have alot of wisdom and are around people your age all of the time and they might "Get" what you are talking about and be able to help you put into words what is bothering you. But you really need to listen to the other person and take what they say into consideration because it isn't going to help you if you only want people to tell you what you want to hear. Good Luck

What don't they understand? Is there a certain problem that you have? There is always someone to talk to. Maybe a teacher at school you feel you can trust. Life isn't always easy, but make the best of it. I'm sure you are a great kid and will make the right choices!

Alot of people don't understand how others feel, you aren't the only one who has ever felt that way. I used to feel like that when i was young.
