So there's this girl i've liked for awhile, and i approached her about my feelings towards her sometime ago. She said she had the same feelings for me. So we kissed a couple of times after that. But in school i felt as if she would totally ignore me. I brought up the problem with her and she said she "acted different in school and its a hard place for her to function." So i bought it. Then in another conversation we had, I said its really starting to bug me how little attention she gives to me and I might need to get away from her. She got mad but she still kept reinforcing to me that she really does like me. But then she got into this whole i'm afraid of commitment, i'm afraid of getting my heartbroken, i dont want a relationship right now and so forth. It's consumed my mind for the last 2 months or so and its become really hard for me to concentrate around other things in life that might have more priority.

Do you think this girl actually likes me, or should i get away from her?

she obviously has the upperhand here. shes knows how much you like her so she figures she can come to you whenever she pleases. to fix this, completely ignore her. act as if nothing ever happened between the two of you. this will totally confuse her resulting in her coming to you. play hard to get. if all else fails forget about her and get some other broad.

As somebody who spent years of my life being dragged along on similar situations, this sounds bad. It shouldn't be that hard if 2 people like each other. When I met my wife it was easy and it's still easy. This isn't to say that we don't have problems, but if her basic interactions in public make you feel bad, that's a large chunk of life to spend annoyed at somebody or feeling unfulfilled. You've given her an opportunity to move forward with your relationship, but she's not taking the bait. Time to move on. Good luck!

she might like you....but you'd better get away anyway. But just let her know that you're open if she decides to come around later....
