I know that hydrogen perioxide's extremely hazardous to your skin? But what about benzole perioxide? (It'll be great if you're a pharmacy student answering this question.) =)

Proactiv works for some, but be warned. It can really dry out your skin if you have sensitive dermal tendencies. Be sure you use a tiny amount. If your skin gets dry or red or bumpy(like mine did...you're not alone:)), discontinue use.

Nothing unusual, red skin, dry skin, etc. Benzoyl peroxide is a mild skin remover. It is in a lot of acne medications.
Proactiv is a waste of money. You can put together your own Proactiv kit, cheaply. All it is a benzoyl peroxide cream and a sulfur cream.

I have tried this product and it dried my skin out really bad. I am not saying that the product doesn't work, it just didn't work very well for me.
