I've seen it done at a workshop but I've never used it myself and I see it as very similar to pendulation, in fact I'm not real sure if there is any difference. Pendulation does seem to work fairly well for anxiety, especially panic, but I understand TFT to have broader implications. I'd be curious too to hear if anyone has ever used it, either as a patient or as a therapist.
Also please disregard the ridiculous post above me-that person who claims to be a psychiatrist posts that exact same response to every question and I think he has some illness himself and I'm guessing it's coded on axis II.

I am a trained Psychiatrist.

From what you describe, I have a pretty good idea that what you are suffering from is Schizophrenia and possibly Bipolar II.

There is no such thing as a bio-field or thought field.

You have a chemical imbalance that needs to be corrected. You have elevated seratonin and dopamine levels. That is what is making you act this way. That is why you believe such nonsense.

You need to see a psychiatrist immediatly. Ask him to put you on Respiridone and Lithium.
Once you are properly diagnosed you need to inform the motor vehicle branch and let them know that you are potentialy a dangerous driver because of a mental illness.

Trust me... I have been doing this for 25 years. I know schizophrenia when I see schizophrenia and I am sorry to say.... you have it!

You may need to spend a few weeks in a mental hospital. You will get the proper medications there.
Once you are treated, you will find that your life will improve

Though fields are not real. Those proposing to be able to manipulate them for healing are liars and snake oil salespeople. Try a psychiatric referral from your MD.
