I like this girl in my office and she sits next to me. There are a bit of cultral differences but overall I think she likes me. I think she has given me a lot of hints. I am relatively new in America and she's born here. We know each other since 6+ months. I am deeply madly and truly in love with her. We both are single. The problem is that I am very afraid to ask her out. As we work in the same pleace I am afraid that if she says no then we would have a very awkward situation at work and also spoil the great friendship that we share. I have also thought about asking her out for movies or dinner however I hav'nt yet done that as she always goes out with her friends and as you can say that I have very few friends.... Please HELP ME!!!!!!!!

If you're "madly, deeply, and truly in love," you're gonna have to ask her out, despite the risk. There's no choice; its only a matter of when.
You could just ask her out in a "friendly" type of way, as a natural extension of your work friendship, and take it from there; let it just develop naturally.
Good luck! :)
(Like, "Hey, do you want to grab a bite to eat after work tonight?" something really casual like that)
EDIT: Oh, yeah, Chickadee is right: start with coffee during break or lunch, perfect!
