Oh very sorry about the braces. I had them for a little more than four years. I know they are no fun. As for getting rid of the stains on your teeth-don't do anything like whitening until your braces come off because if you do something like that now your teeth are going to look very discolored and wacky. Right now stay away from dark staining drinks like Coke and coffee and brush your teeth a lot. Crest Whitestrips is a good and easy at home whitening kit for when you get your braces off though going to a dentist is always the safest bet.

I have braces too, and that has happened to me. My orthodontist said it is ok. I mean its bad, but not like life and death. He told me just to brush 2 times a day for two minutes and that should work. Also, go to the dentist every six months for a regular cleaning. This should take care of it. Use whitening toothpaste if it doesn't. Your orthodontist should have free whitening when you get them off. Mine does because of that reason. Just brush good, go to the dentist often, use your little tree cleaners(you should of gotten those), and use super floss (it really works good! and you should of gotten this to otherwise it is in the local drug store or grocery store)! Hope this helped!!!!!!

Go to your orthodontist and see if they'll do anything about it.

You can't take braces off immediantly because the teeth will cause you great agony from the release of pressure.

Just brush your teeth after all times you eat.. this includes waking up, breakfast, dinner, lunch, tea, etc. and bed time.

Braces suck, :p

well, there is no real way to do that. what you SHOULD do though is be sure to not eat and drink foods that can cause this (soda, coffee, etc.)

p.s. everytime you go for a checkup, they usually clean them really well anyways so.. chyeah.

and DON'T worry. your teeth will look amazing afterwards no matter what :)

Look into tooth whiteners...there are a bunch of them available in the drug stores. They work good too.

dont take them off. when ur older youll regret it. Simply wash your mouth out with mouthwash, and brush with a small brush. you can use a kid brush.
