you take that slip of paper (prescription) to your local pharmacy
and give it to the pharmacy dept person
If you have never been there before they will ask to see your insurance card
it will be filled, you will pick it up ( or you can wait for the prescription to be filled)
pay any co-pay or price of the drug

This seems like a weird question because if you don't know where to get the prescription how are you going to take it correctly? Go to a pharmacy and make sure you totally understand the correct way to take the medication.

Yes. Drop it off at the pharmacy. They will fill the prescription, then you pay for it when you pick it up.

Take it to the pharmacy and pay for it or pay for the difference between the cost of the medicine and any insurance benefits that you may have.

Yes, take it to the Pharmacy to get it filled. Then take it exactly as directed on the bottle, tube or box.

take it to a pharmacy and you will probably have to wait or go back to pick it up, it usually takes 30 minutes to an hour but you can pick it up a day later if you dont need it, call ahead and they can fill it before you get there

Yes. You take it to a pharmacy, and they give you the medication. You may have to pay for it. Ask them how much it will cost first, if you're worried. The paper it was written on does not contain the drug.

yep...make sure you have your medical insurace card if you havent been using that pharmacy (sounds like you havent). There may be a copay of 1 to 20 dollars, or if it's a name brand you might have to pay outright for it.
