Endurance has to be built up, if you want to run as they do, watch your diet so that it doesn't slow you down with added weight, and keep running to train. Try to go a certain amount for a week, then put your goal a few yards more the next week-this takes time and can't be done in a day or so, so be patient with yourself and take your time and do it right with no injuries which can really slow you down big time! You're doing great-just keep doing it........

Keeping a strong mind while running is probably one of the hardest things to do because when you get tired you're almost telling yourself you NEED to stop, but if you've got good motivation (like plenty of upbeat, NEW music that keeps you moving) you should be able to run for long distances.

If you run about 10-30 minutes a day on your own (i mean 10 is around 1 mile...not too bad) you can work on pushing yourself, and that'll help tremendously.

Even if you think you're not that in shape you will always be suprised if you strengthen yourself mentally how long you can run....and it's a little difficult to start out but you should notice that you can run longer in the near future.

It just takes a little running on your own...personal discipline is a huge must, and a little bit of movitation (maybe just going for it once and a while and pushing yourself even further) ...i guess all i'm saying it is so much of a mental thing, and if you've got an extra little push...even just music that makes you wanna dance...that'll get you to be able to run for quite a long time if you put some time into making it work.

(didn't mean to write a novel... :P)

If you feel like stopping, take a short walk break. Once you really STOP, it's very hard to get going again. Just keep moving forward, as fast as you feel like you can. Your endurance will improve:)
