I always have a craving for peanut butter, So I like to make peanut butter banana smoothies. I also use a magic bullet, so my smoothie is only enough for one person. I take a frozen banana, peel and chop it into chunks, then I add milk, about a tablespoon of peanut butter and an icecube or two. I never really measure anything, so it's just trial and error.. I like to have that for breakfast, with a couple of slices of fake bacon. Yum! Oh and I am Turning into a vegan, so I'm going to try making the smoothie with almond milk instead of regular. I think it will taste even better! Good luck! :)

I don't really have a recipe, but I put a banana, some strawberries or blueberries (whatever I have on hand), some plain or vanilla yogurt, a splash of oj, and some ice in the blender (if you use frozen berries you don't have to use any ice). Then blend away! If it's too thick, I add a little more orange juice to it. This is my go-to mix, but you can add and subtract whatever kinds of soft fruits you like--apples and pears don't tend to work well for me, but you could use apple juice in lieu of the oj if you prefer it.

2 large, ripe bananas, sliced
2 cups frozen sliced strawberries, slightly defrosted in microwave, just to break up the block a bit
2 cups sliced frozen peaches, slightly defrosted in microwave, just to break up the block a bit
2 cups strawberry banana lowfat custard yogurt
2 cups milk
In half-batches, combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth. The frozen fruits will make the smoothies extra cold and frothy, too! this is easy and really good
