I dont know why but I only get them after I get home from seeing my boyfriend, I think it might be axiety from missing him so much but I dont know. It happens in my lower left side and sometimes its in my spleen area and sometimes its my whole side and it feels like a vice grip just squeezing me. It feels like a cramp but I dont think it is. It feels better if I hold it or lean over but not when I sit up straight. Sometimes it gets so bad that I have chest pains and neck pains and it seriously feels like Im having a heart attack. Any ideas what this is? Please help.

You might want to get checked by a doctor. It sounds like you might be passing kidney stones. I have these on a regular basis, but you need to know if you are or you are not, as if one gets stuck you can go into renal (kidney) failure.

I would also suggest one thing...if you are drinking alcohol when you are visiting your boyfriend, make sure that you are hitting the water as well. They might be pains from dehydration.

Good luck and get to a doctor, k?

Sweety you need to talk to a counselor. If you are this hung up on a guy you need to find out why. This isn't love , it's need and I think you are having a panic attack It's almost like an addiction and you are having withdrawls . If your Doctor pooh poohs your pain, find another Doctor. Your not crazy or any thing weird . but an antianxiety medication might help. find someone who will listen . Your boyfriend isn't nessarilly the problem, he may be a great guy,but your response to him is hurting you. tell him and see if he can be part of the cure. he may want to go to the counseler with you. If you are under 18 you will need your parents to take you. Talk to them. If they don't understand call the area crisis intervention hotline. they will direct you to help. Be praying for you. this can get worse if you just leave it alone. Please talk tosomeone.

I really think you should see your doctor instead of asking questions on here. These people are not experts in the medical profession, including myself. The only way to properly diagnose pains of mysterious origin is to go to a health care professional. They have the tools and the knowledge and expertise to give you a diagnosis and a cure. Good luck!

sounds like anxiety to me, esp when you say it feels like a heart attack. I've had several anxiety attacks in my life and at least one felt dead ringer like a heart attack.
