I always eat a peanut butter sandwich and glass of milk about 1 hour before I work out. If I eat anything any closer to workout time, I get cramps and stuff:(

Pasta is the best thing to eat before doing any sports or any activities it helps u run faster and make sure to drink water!!!!! Good Luck!!!!!

A spinach salad with ham. After I made it I found no salad dressing in the house so it was kind of dry. I hate it when that happens.

I had a handful of nuts for breakfast - and 1 16 oz glass of juice - homemade (for lunch)- then I had a turkey burger for dinner......TCBY for dessert
