at least a week in the refrigerator, longer if you pickle them.
Put a couple in some pickled beet juice for a few days, yummy

at least a week. depending on whether or not they stay in the friege. out in warm to hot weather.? a couple or three days would be my guess. straving i would eat them if they were a month old. so allas ist relative.
