i never really liked the popular group, so id look for an excuse to go after them anyway. yeah, id defend them. in religion, youll find that the radicals are the ones with the problems, the other true believers arnt out to hurt or convert. they just want to believe in what they believe in. maybe some day, people will be smart enough to just leave the other guy alone. almost every problem this world has had from day 1, is over religion. you cant have peace when everyone is right.

Yes, I would defend them. Just because they are of a different belief does not make them less sensitive to remarks. Whenever the towns people were going to stone a prostitute Jesus stood in between them and her and said "he who is without sin can cast the first stone." Your friend may have differing beliefs than we do but is it christian to just go with the flow or totally ignore what is going on. If we were in a dominantly Muslim country, how would you feel if you were being teased and your friend stood aside and said nothing? Just a thought.

I would definitely defend them. I know what it's like to be different, so I have no problem standing up for others like I stand up for myself. I would not care if they wore a head covering. If they're my friend, they're my friend despite looks, dress, race, gender, or religious preference. If someone got physical with my friend I'd break it up and likely be tempted to kick the bully's *** into the dirt.

I would most certainly defend them. I hate people who make fun of other people because they are part of a different religion and they follow the practices of their religion. Those sorts of things are borne of the sort of ignorance that makes me lose faith in my generation.
Edit: And I would rather be unpopular than be popular among ignorant fools.

I have never been in that situation. My Muslim friend (who died on the 21 Feb 2007) was only a Muslim in name. He was ashamed of what Muslims did on Sept 11 2001 and never followed it. the only Muslim thing he did is not eat pork. He married a Christan girl and had 2 beautiful boys. If anyone picked on him I would have defended him but I never had to.

I would defend them.
Religion doesn't make people bad. The person themselves can choose to be bad.
If people have a problem with her and would make fun of her, if they are Christians, does that make them better Christians? No! Does that make them better persons? No!

It is the mark of a superior human who stands by his friends.
Race religion and gender does not come into it.
