ha ha, i havent' heard this term in years ..it's a little "dated" though.
It's "douche bag" u know the stuff women use to cleanse the VJ.
It means to me: u r sooooo stupid!!

wow, thats not really how its spelled..its something like..doche....its an old fashioned womans private parts cleaner....its a rubber bag with a long nozel on it you put water in and clean....or its just slang for dumbass
