This isn't an answer, but rather a question as well. Do you want to stay away from the red because of an allergy to red food colouring? My fiance says he's got an allergy to red food colourig, and I think he's full of it, cause he can still have stuff that's red, hehe.

There's sherbert punch, where you use sherbert ice cream, lemon lime soda, a type of juice, like orange or cranberry. It's easy to do and very cheap.

2 (750 milliliter) bottles sparkling apple cider
1 liter carbonated water
3 large oranges
2 lemons
1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 trays ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Thinly slice the lemons and the oranges and place in a large punch bowl. Pour in the thawed lemonade. Gently stir in the seltzer water and the sparkling apple cider. Add sugar to taste. Add large block of ice.
or
1 (0.13 ounce) package blue, berry flavored unsweetened drink mix
1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle white cranberry juice
8 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup white sugar, or to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a large punch bowl, stir together the drink mix, lemon-lime soda, and white cranberry juice. Taste, and stir in sugar to your liking. (I like to add the whole cup.) Float scoops of ice cream on the top. The ice cream melts somewhat and turns the punch a beautiful baby blue color with frothy white clouds floating on the top.

Pour the grape soda into a large punch bowl. Scoop 1/2 cup sized balls of pineapple sorbet into the soda. Float pansies on top amongst the sorbet scoops. Serve immediately with 1 scoop and 1 flower for each guest's cup.
or
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate

1 lime, sliced
1 grapefruit, sliced
1 orange, sliced
DIRECTIONS
Into a gallon pitcher, empty both cans of lemonade concentrate. Place the sliced lemon, lime, grapefruit and orange in the pitcher. Stir in water until pitcher is full. Chill in refrigerator.
