you cant. its natural. if you are using the pull out method (assuming your doing it) dont put it back in unless you pee, because there will still be some ofyour little men in you urethra and it could come out in the precum. I dont know if that helped.

wrong category, but to answer you. shorten foreplay. and try to change your thought pattern when aroused. think of something that doesnt turn you on as much. this will help with control good luck and talk to your doctor it could be a prostate problem
