The best is not the fastest. Overall lifestyle change do not diet develop healthy eating habits and create a calorie deficit no greater than 500 daily while ensuring proper nutrition. Increase your activity slowly to reach a comfortable level so you can maintain it. The most you want to lose is two to three lbs a week. No one gets out of shape in a week so do not expect to get in shape in less time than it took to get out of shape.

1. Excercise atleast 3 days a week (4-5 days would be great!). Jogging, lifting weights, swimming, biking, they are all great ways to tone up.

2. Don't tell yourself that you can't have a snack until mealtime. Eat ALL day. Eat HEALTHY snacks all day. In your fridge, fill ziplock bags with healthy stuff like crackers, vegetables, fruit slices, and other healthy snacks. Eating snacks all throughout the day will help keep you full and you won't eat a HUGE unhealthy meal for supper.

3. Drink lots of water!! Keep yourself hydrated and you will feel GREAT!

Diet and exercise and will power. Join a gym or just walk a couple of miles in the evening and don't over eat. eat till you aren't hungry, not full.Even the most ravenous person can eat 3 or 4 bites and in a few minutes the hunger is gone.if you give it a few minutes. distract your self with a book or go walking right after supper. Get away from the food and don't go back for the rest of the evening .Dont starve your self , use commom sense and be aware of what you stick in your mouth.

Why is everyone concered about there weight? I was concered badly one time, And I
Got skinny and it wasn't really fun so I put on a extra few pounds. Your weight is what
god wanted you to be, and if you don't like it, then you don't like what god gave you.
You should be happy god gave you a life.

But!, If you really wanna loose weight heres what you do. swimming season is coming
up and I know your really scared people will laugh at you.

- with every meal drink Water or Orange juice, Milk sometimes (Milk is very fattening).

- If you are bored and you think about eating and you think your hungry don't eat
Because you are really not hungry your just thinking about it. So try to do some sit ups
or push ups instead. Or do what you like to do.

- If you have junk food in your house, then get it all out. Because if you don't have
Junk food in your house, Guess what, You want be ABLE to eat it.

Let's say you eat alot of junk food, and you stop eating it. You will drop 15 pounds
easy.WHEN YOU SEE A CANDY, THINK OF A HOT GIRL/GUY IN A BATHING SUIT AND THINK WHO
YOU WANT MORE.

- Get some Fruits in your house loaded, and eat those when you are hungry but try
Drinking Lots of water too.

- Exercises -

1.) Punch air - Makes your arm look non-fat.
2.) Running/walking - Good for you also burns what you ate in the past 24 hours.
3.) Biking - Burns the most calories and fun. just ride around fast for 10 - 20 minutes
straight.
4.) Swimming burns the same and more as biking, because your using your whole body, You
can loose 5 pounds by swimming for 2 hours doing fast laps.
5.) Weight lifting - Light weights make your muscles the same and get the fat off you
also you look better. Heavy weights - Builds muscles like body builders.

But, People like you for who you are and if they don't and you wanna
change so they will like you don't because that is not a true friend.But
if you are really fat, and you want to impress a girl, then do what I just told you
Believe me it works. DONT get frustrated if you don't see results, because it will
take about 3-5 days mabey even 2 days if you try really really hard.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

The fastest way to loose weight is not the best way....if you loose it fast, it will probably come back.

The best way is balanced eating and exercise.

On the news I heard that of all the "diet programs" out there only Weight Watchers works.

Eat less and exercise more--burn more calories than your body takes in. Fad diets may produce quick results in some cases, but most of these people gain the weight back.

The Abs Diet totally helped me and out and never left me hungry.

Also I did much weights, cus each pound of muscle burns 50 calories automatically, and do lots of running and cardio.

You have to burn off more calories than you take in. If you eat 2500 calories a day and burn off 2500 calories a day you will stay the same. If you eat 2500 hundred calories a day and burn off 3000 a day you will lose weight. The more you exercising and less eating you do the more weight you will lose. Diets don't work ! You have to eat less than you burn off !!!!! Good luck !!!!!!
