Hey, I understand your question and to that I would say see a dermatologist. I hope you mean just lighten like a lighter shade of black. I have black friends who always talk about other black people being burnt black or something I forget what their joke was but there is some kind of insecurity with being too black. Well one of my friends was a darker black and she went to the army and came back lighter. I don't think she did anything but she changed. She looks more like brown caramel like you know. Well, there is something for it either cream, or natural that you can do for it. But I understand the question, I don't want to be black, and everybody can be healthy. I think it's cool if you want to change it's like having pimples and wanting to get rid of it except its on another level. I just hope you don't mean you want to go white lol. Good luck either way.

There is a medicine which can permanently bleach the melanin of the skin. Once completed, the processes cannot be reverted. So, think about it twice. It is available by prescription and it is called benoquin. Good luck trying to convenience your dermatologist to prescribe it for you. You would have to convince the dermatologist that you don't need counseling as your request is not the most common one.
Good Luck.

When people lighten there skin like Micheal Jackson they are not decreasing their melanin they are just bleaching the skin. If you are serious about lightening your skin you would have to see a dermatologist. Which would cost thousands of dollars. And if you lighten your skin your still going to look black but just a little lighter.

I couldnt help but read your post and think to myself that I was right where you were 6 months and seems like 1000 wrinkles ago.

I went through the exact same thing. I tried various products and did tons of research online before I found Oil of Olay was basically giving their product away for free.

All I had to do was answer a few auestions, They are a well known national name brand for facial and skin care, everyone knows Oil of Olay.

And I am telling you this Oil of Olay Regenerist works and it made a believer out of me.

I posted the link below for you to click and check out. This stuff works and believe me - for a few minutes of your time and no cost to you, you owe it to yourself to try and all you would lose is a few minutes of your time!

Good Luck and keep the faith, you will get younger looking skin with this product and this stuff helped me achieve my dreams as well!

Your Friend,

Rosy

First off I don't want to be black. I hate cops and they don't like black people. I'm Irish and I'm whiter than white bread. Damn, I forgot what that chemical was that lightens the skin. Sorry.

I am not going to tell you white people want to be black or that black people are healthy. However, I am going to tell you that you should be proud of who you are. This whole inter-racial discrimination is horrible and you are helping it to continue. When you get older and have a child of your own, they will not be able to love themselves because their mom rejected in herself everything that is beautiful in them! If you don't accept your own skin color and see it as part of your natural beauty, you will never be happy with yourself.
