Hair Cutting Question???

Question

If you have long hair and go to a baraber and ask them to cut 'Less then a half a centimeter' is your hair going to be buzzed or a little shorter???

This is random and needs to be figured out.

OK, let me explain further....

my brother is in 5th grade and is a real 'smarty'

He has long hair which he doesn't keep neat and he looks like a Homeless guy. His nickname is the Philidelphi lawyer cuz he proves you wrong in everything.
My mom cuts are hair and he comes down stairs and my mom says he is going to get his hair cut and he said 'No less then half a centimeter'


My thinking is less then half a centimeter would be less then half a centimeter but No less then would mean at least half a centimeter

It depends on the stylist. I have has some that take off what they think they should even if you tell them what you want.
Others that did what I ask
Show them with your fingers how much you want.

I guess it depends on who's cutting it so they can interpret it their own way. I guess you would just need to be more specific to avoid this problem.
