You should find it under the plastic air filter housing , takes a 13mm socket to remove the three bolts holding on the housing and there it is.
Or...Check the fuel pump reset which is usually on the drivers side in the trunk under the mat. By-pass it and see if the fuel pump will start.They can become corroded and may be your problem. Fuel pump relay should be under the hood and marked as FI or Fpump etc.
Or... the relay is in front of the shifter under the dash if you get the panels off (shifter cover , lower center panel and left center panel you can see it and the PCM power relay if you lay on passenger floor and look to rear of center area.

gasoline First; Is gasoline attending to the Pump? verify rigidity coming From the Pump! gasoline filter out been replaced in the final 8 Months? If no longer something is working verify the Sending Unit/gasoline %.-up in the Tank. Spark; verify Coil Wires! Coil cord to Distributor! Plug Wires! "Is the Engine Turning Over? impartial protection swap!" (bypass swap, Does the Engine initiate?) extra info next time, Mileage, the different issues whilst the Engine is/become working? they'd have contributed to this problem!

Under the hood on the drivers side with 4 other relays. It is the one marked FUEL.
