most people will tell you to do sit-ups and crunches for your abs but that is only good if you have week abs, the most effective exercise for your abs (it also works your back and arms) is the hanging leg-raise-grab a pull-up bar with your knuckes towards you and raising your hips, pull you knees to your chin but make sure you dont lean back (keep your head looking straight and your back parallel to the floor), most people dont do this right so its not that effective, this exercises is not just lifting your knnes, its more like a scooping thing, pretend you are scooping something with your knees and it should work, if not hanging from a bar will still work your arms

sorry it was so long but if you want more exercises or have any questions email me at butterstma@yahoo.com

good luck

This is super corny - but try Tai Bo... or any martial art.

All of that punching tones you up nicely without using extra weights.

I have visible ab muscles, but I just do crunches, and occasionally some crunches with weights. The ab muscles are usually there if you do regular crunches... they just wait to appear until you burn more of your total body fat.

I haven't heard anything about weight lifting stunting growth, but I'm sure its possible. I have some arm muscles, too, but I gained them by doing push-ups and using one of the machines at the gym that will balance your weight doing pull ups so that you are only lifting so much weight at a time.

Honestly, though, I was in the best shape of my life when I was in marching band and when I was doing Tai Bo regularly. Not both at the same time, but both activities were really good for my body.

Good luck!

Crunches would work good for your abs, walking, running, stair stepping are good cardio work outs that will also help you burn fat. For arms you can use stuff just laying around in your house like soup cans or bottled water. It's not the best but its a start. Also if you place yourself about 2-3 feet in front of a wall, lean into the wall and out again this will increase your arm and chest muscles.

Of course you can. You pretty much are already in puberty so it can happen. The tallness is really going to take a while and you can't really do anything about your height. You could take vitamins, just regular kind of vitamins. I think I could recommend One-A-Day. It helped me lol. Oh and you can do sit ups (abs) and push ups (arms).

For your arms, you can do pushups. Start small (10 a day) and gradually increase the amount, so you don't strain your muscles. For your abs, you can do sit-ups or pull-ups. Same thing, start out with 30 sit-ups and gradually increase, or start with 10 pull-ups and gradually increase.
