Where do I find information on plastic containers that can accept high temperature hot fill liquid?

I wish I could give you an exact name because I have bottles that are hot filled - I learned one of the few times I hitch hiked from one guy who trouble shooted (shot?) the machines which molded them just before filling. I think they were polyethylene, but look up plastics molding in the Yellow Pages and ask someone to identify a plastic that works. The bottles I have (sold for camping carrying liquids with multiturn screw on lids) are translucent white - not clear.
