He has baggage( such as getting divorced and a child).

So I think I should give a few more details...I met him at work and I did have a tiny little crush on him (we got along well, and had tons in common), and we hung out. Things were good, I knew he had a kid and all...until he got fired. Thats when I found out about the marriage thing...he hadn't mentioned that he was married and that he was possibly getting a divorce. Now I am totally turned off because he wasn't upfront w/ me in the first place and he keeps pursuing me. I don't know what to do, and I am not sure if it is wise that we just be friends...especially if he is not thinking that way. Help!

If you aren't interested in him only because of his "baggage" I would suggest giving him a chance. But, if there is nothing there then the right thing to do would be to be honest with him and let him know that you don't feel any chemistry and would prefer to just remain friends.

oooo thats bad...but if he asks you about it again just say "im sry but i dont like you really" without adding too much hurtfullness onto it
