you need to be prepared for him not to respond if you say it to him first. i'm not trying to be mean, just trying to be honest. but, if you have been together for a year, then it's about time. if you say it and he doesn't react like you would want, then you need to move on.
we don't know the situation well enough to give you the best advice...so follow your gut.

it will come out naturally the love words will come out on ur own u will know when it is rute im sure he loves u other wise wha the hell hes doin with u 4 a yr
