What can a girl do..?

My bf is kind of strange, but normal at the same time. He likes kissing on me and stuff, and i wouldn't mind, but he's moving faster than he should. WHat can I do to get him to slow down, but at the same time, keep up the little stuff? (and keep him not mad at me)
