I am going to take a crack at answering you.
First and foremost you should have applied for a permit to allow you to emigrate and enter the country.
Then you should show that you are a responsible person, pay utilities, taxes etc.
Study the History of the USA and the constitution.
Visit often to the INS office in your community to show that you are really serious and can prove it.
Wait at least 2 to 5 years for approval.
Then swear allegiance to you new chosen country.
No short cut by marring a US citizen you still have to wait etc.
If you come here without any permit you can be returned to the country of your origin as soon as the fact is discovered.
Like imediatly.

go to www.uscis.gov and go to form N-400 or if you just want the basics: first a person has to obtain permanent resident alien status by a family member, refugee status, asylum status, through certain employment categories, or the visa lottery. Once a resident alien, can apply for naturalization after 5 yrs, 3 if status gained through u.s. spouse and then there are some who derive citizenship from parents, by birth abroad or by the Child Citizenship Act of 2000.
