First off make him your boyfriend and not your in-a-way boyfriend. Second pay some more attention to your boyfriend and the flirting will stop.

It depends on how long you have known him. If you have known him for awhile, try to spend more time with him and go on dates if you can. If you haven't known him for long, find out more about him and find things you have in common...things you could do with him. The difference being that if you have known him for awhile, and you tell him you want to spend more time with just him...then continues to flirt with other girls you know it will never change.

If you haven't known him long, give it time and relax besides spending more time. You need to know if he always flirts or is just doing it because he isn't attached. There is no magic way to make him like only you besides yourself and time to see how he reacts knowing you want to be with just him.

Don't let it bother you. It's human nature to flirt. It's better than cheating on your significant other. Just relax and laugh along with him. When he says something funny to a girl to make her laugh, just laugh along and chime in with something witty!

Jealousy will ruin your happiness. If he is with you, he must want to be.
