Go to www.zojirushi.com.. Click on "Our products", click on the bread making machine, click on "manual" on the right and choose the model number!

With any bread machine, follow the recipes and directions in the book that came with it. If you can do that, you can use a recipe from any bread machine recipe book. It would be easier to help, if I was there in person. YOu put the ingredients in the loaf shaped pan, put it back in the machine (that's often the hardest part of using it), close the lid, select the loaf size, press start. I'm not famililar with the brand of bread machine you mentioned, but the above is how to use mine.

You have to buy a bread mix for the machine (Wal-mart has them). The directions are on the back of the box. If you have trouble IM me or send me an e-mail. I had to figure out mine, too, but they are really simple. Thank goodness!

you can buy bread mixed any good grocery chain should have them...follow the instructions on the box. if you aren't sure on how to operate the machine..look on the net to see if they have a web site you can download their manual
