Illegals have no rights but I do. I'm glad they're being deported even though they'll only crawl back in. We don't need more gangs or gang members and we don't need illegals. There was no violation of civil rights.

No civil rights violation.

When arrested on some other charge, it's valid to do a background check. If that background check determines that the person has violated the law in some other jurisdiction, there is nothing to prevent the police from notifying that jurisdiction.

As a state, California (or LA as a city/county) cannot punish them for violating federal immigration laws. But nothing stops them from notifying the feds.

you assert we could artwork greater good, seems you professional-illegals are those attempting to artwork greater good at spreading lies and your racist propaganda. what number circumstances have you ever asked this same question. The regulations are being enforced, so who're people who could be scared. it is not us. we is in basic terms no longer getting deported. We help justice, illegals do no longer and neither do those professional-unlawful supporters or illegals might obtain the justice they deserve for breaking the regulation. you're so incorrect. the massive majority of human beings are against unlawful extraterrestrial beings and any variety of amnesty. Why do you think of greater beneficial than 20 states choose to stay with in Arizona's foot steps and do away with you illegals. of course all of us comprehend you're in basic terms drawn to mexicans out of your different rants and the form you have positioned down cubans and others. Mexican immigrants do have civil rights and don't choose amnesty. mexican illegals deserve no longer something.

The inmates whos immigration status was checked are already criminals, presumably felons, a felon, once convicted has no rights, for they are forfeited upon conviction of the felony.
Just what America needs, A bunch of criminals to house and feed at taxpayer expense. heaven forbid we treat these criminals unfairly. I say, Ship em outta here! The sooner the better.

What the hell man,...no Civil Rights have been violated and since they are freakin' illegal, then they don't have any rights at all!!!

That's one more reason why I hate politicians. Anything to get a freakin' vote.

Illegal alien criminals have no rights. Eliminate "Special Order 40." it is wrong. We must get rid of the illegal alien criminals, especially the violent ones that the cops find.

Of course...once again the proamnesty people will do all they can to make sure that they don't have to raise their own kids, mow their own lawn, clean their own pool...or anything else that they think they are too good for.

It's about time they started tracking this stuff.

i think it's great. they should pull in all gang members and run checks on them. if they are found to be illegal then deport them, if they are white or black and have warrants they can put their butts in jail.
